  • High-Risk Use: Relying on Telkart services for emergency communications (e.g., calling emergency services) or safety-critical operations (e.g., operating heavy machinery).
  • Unauthorized Communications: Sending unsolicited or bulk communications (spam), phishing attempts, or any deceptive messaging.
  • Malicious Actions: Distributing malware, launching denial-of-service attacks, or attempting unauthorized access to systems or data.
  • Exploitation of Minors: Engaging in, promoting, or distributing content that exploits or harms children in any way.
  • Infringement of Rights: Violating intellectual property rights, including distributing pirated or counterfeit materials.
  • Impersonation or Misrepresentation: Forging headers, spoofing identities, or misrepresenting the origin of messages.
  • Data Harvesting: Collecting personal data without consent or using such data in a malicious or unlawful manner.
  • Excessive Usage: Causing disruption to Telkart’s services through high-volume or abusive activity.

Additional Use Restrictions

You are also prohibited from:

  • Using Telkart as the sole platform for critical operations where disruptions could lead to significant harm or financial loss.
  • Violating service integrity by interfering with or degrading Telkart’s network or any other user’s service.
  • Circumventing security, monitoring, or compliance systems.

This list is not exhaustive, and Telkart reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether specific conduct violates this policy.

Users must comply with all local and international regulations, including:

Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in:

  • Immediate suspension or termination of services without prior notice.
  • Legal action if required under applicable law.

Telkart reserves the right to take any action we deem appropriate to address violations, including reporting activities to law enforcement or relevant authorities.

Service Cancellation

You may cancel your services by providing written notice within 30 days of activation. In such cases, Telkart will issue a pro-rated refund for any prepaid and unused service fees, excluding fees for any continued usage beyond the cancellation notice.
